Guidelines for sheep condition and nutritional signs

When is a sheep's belly too large or bloated? If a condition check shows a good score, but the animal has a big belly, could this still mean malnutrition, OR too much feed?
Also, Is there a reference/guide for bottle jaw in sheep? I am unsure if they are looking healthy or have very slight bottle jaw. We are running dorpers on mixed grasses including veldt, and at times hay (various including wheaten, rye, clover) and small amounts of grain (beans, wheat, oats, barley, lentils), lucerne tree, saltbush, and mineral sups. Thanks
