Lease and bliss and pic

Hi just new to this I am just starting out I work on farms and my dream is to own my own one day now to my question I have just found 5 acres to lease and I would like to rare some calls and maybe even some sheep how do I go about getting a pic number and NLIS registration?

If you are in NSW this link will help http://www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/agriculture/livestock/nlis/pic Other states will have a similar site. BTW, welcome to the site and keep us posted. Remember, do not overgraze your land. Plan for the cold, dry times and you should be OK. Five acres does not give you much leeway but if you divide it and strip graze you will be surprised with the result. Cheers Rob.
