Starting New Farm and Profitability

I am new in farming industry. I am from Software Engineering back grount but interested in nature and farming.
To dive in farming industry I need few advice from experience farmers.

How big land is required to earn 100K AUD / year.? OR What is per acre income?
Which sector is more profitable sheep and goat for meat or Cow for dairy or anything else?
if a empty land per acre cost 15K AUD / acre than what is the gain if I plant fruit on the same land.
Is carcalgong is right place to start?

I wish the farmer community welcome me.
